Identify the recording app on your phone if you have one.
iPhones have an inbuilt 'Voice Memo' to record your sounds.
Android phones have will have something like Samsung's 'Voice Recorder'.
Download an appropriate app to build your soundscape. There are some free programs for people who make music and create videos
Look for help from someone who knows how these programs work, perhaps your music teacher or a friend who plays music.
