Recreational fishers go out to enjoy themselves. They take their fishing gear, drinks, food, sun cream and fishing bait. They may have a lot of plastic packaging that can end up in the sea if it is not properly looked after. Sometimes they lose their fishing tackle when it becomes snagged.
