June 7 is World Ocean Day
Can you spot the birds following the humpback whales?

The United Nations has decided that June 7 is the day to celebrate our oceans. As we all know most of our planet is covered in ocean, but we hardly ever get to see it. While the ocean is very very large we still manage to have a big impact on it.

Our plastic litter is killing millions of birds and even dead whales and dolphins have been found with bucket loads of plastic inside their stomach and intestines.

Climate change is likely to have a big impact as the oceans warm and become more acidic.
