Australia: 'The Ocean Continent'
The Australian Marine Environment Protection Association is a non profit organisation that aims to inspire students of all ages to engage in education and actions that will raise the awareness of our marine environment. While doing this, AUSMEPA aims to work together with other marine education and maritime groups to protect our precious Australian marine environment.

Shipping and other marine industries and organisations support AUSMEPA through financial membership. This provides the opportunity for AUSMEPA to create marine environmental education and awareness resources. In turn it increases community recognition of the maritime industries role in marine environment management and sustainable practices.
